## 2. Project Scope

Before starting a project, the project scope, requirements, deliverables, features,
timeline, and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon.

The agreed project scope may include:

 * Number of pages
 * Website features
 * Design requirements
 * Integrations
 * Content requirements
 * Revision limits
 * Project timeline
 * Payment schedule
 * Additional services

Any work that is not included in the agreed project scope may be treated as additional
work and may require additional charges.

---

## 3. Project Pricing and Quotations

All project prices are based on the specific requirements of the project.

A quotation or project proposal provided by Vigroos Web Designs may include:

 * Project cost
 * Included services
 * Payment schedule
 * Estimated timeline
 * Deliverables
 * Additional terms

A quotation is valid only for the period specified in the quotation or proposal.

Prices may change if the client changes the project requirements, adds new features,
or requests additional work after the project has started.

---

## 4. Payment Terms

The payment schedule will be communicated and agreed upon before the project begins.

Depending on the project, payment may be divided into stages such as:

 * Advance payment to begin the project
 * Part payment during the project
 * Final payment before launch or final delivery

The project will begin only after the agreed advance payment has been received.

All payments must be made using the payment method agreed upon between the client
and Vigroos Web Designs.

---

## 5. Advance Payments

Advance payments are used to reserve project time and begin work on the project.

Once work has started, the advance payment may generally be non-refundable because
time, resources, planning, and design work may already have been invested in the
project.

Any refund or cancellation request will be considered according to the agreed project
terms and the circumstances of the request.

---

## 6. Final Payment and Project Delivery

The final payment must be completed before the final website files, credentials,
transfer, or project launch, where applicable.

Vigroos Web Designs may temporarily withhold final delivery or launch of the project
if the agreed payment has not been received.

Once the agreed final payment has been completed, the final project deliverables
will be provided according to the agreed project scope.

---

## 7. Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines are based on the information, content, feedback, and
materials provided by the client.

The project timeline may be affected by:

 * Delays in receiving content
 * Delays in receiving images, logos, or other materials
 * Delays in client feedback
 * Changes to project requirements
 * Additional requested features
 * Third-party services or technical issues
 * Hosting or domain-related delays

Vigroos Web Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the client or third-
party services outside our control.

---

## 8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing the information and materials necessary
to complete the project.

This may include:

 * Business information
 * Website content
 * Text and copy
 * Images

privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.

Vigroos Web Designs is not responsible for legal claims arising from materials supplied
by the client.

Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for obtaining the necessary rights,
licences, and permissions for content provided by them.

---

## 10. Design Revisions

The number of included revisions will depend on the project package or agreement.

on the original project requirements.

The following may be considered additional work:

 * Completely changing the approved design direction
 * Rebuilding completed sections
 * Adding new pages
 * Adding new features
 * Changing the original project scope
 * Requesting a new design after approving a previous design

Additional work may require additional charges and may affect the project timeline.

---

## 11. Project Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website, design, content,
and functionality during the project.

Once the client approves a design, page, or project stage, major changes to the
approved work may be treated as additional work.

The client should carefully review the project before final approval and launch.

---

## 12. Website Hosting and Domain

Unless specifically included in the project agreement, domain registration, hosting,
premium themes, premium plugins, paid software, third-party services, payment gateways,
and other external services are not included in the project price.

Any third-party costs are generally the responsibility of the client.

Vigroos Web Designs may assist with setup or configuration where included in the
agreed project scope.

---

## 13. Third-Party Services and Plugins

Websites may use third-party services, software, plugins, themes, APIs, payment
gateways, hosting providers, or other external technologies.

Vigroos Web Designs does not control the operation, pricing, availability, security,
or future changes of third-party services.

If a third-party service stops working, changes its pricing, changes its API, becomes
unavailable, or causes compatibility issues, additional work may be required.

Such work may be charged separately where it is outside the original project scope.

---

## 14. Website Maintenance and Support

Website maintenance and ongoing support are provided only where specifically included
in a maintenance plan or separate agreement.

Maintenance may include services such as:

 * WordPress updates
 * Plugin and theme updates
 * Website health checks
 * Security monitoring
 * Backup management
 * Minor content updates

 * Performance checks

The exact services included depend on the selected maintenance plan.

work but is not responsible for the client’s business operations, products, transactions,
taxes, or legal compliance.

---

## 18. Website Security

according to the selected plan.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own independent backups where appropriate.

Vigroos Web Designs cannot guarantee recovery from every possible technical failure,

---

## 20. Portfolio Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vigroos Web Designs may display completed projects
in its:

 * Portfolio
 * Website
 * Social media
 * Marketing materials
 * Case studies

This may include screenshots, images, design work, and a general description of
the project.

If a client requires a project to remain confidential or does not want the work
displayed publicly, this must be discussed and agreed upon before or during the
project.

---

## 21. Confidentiality

Vigroos Web Designs will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business information
provided by the client private.

The client should clearly identify any information that is confidential or commercially
sensitive.

 * Is publicly available
 * Was already known before being provided
 * Becomes publicly available without a breach of these Terms
 * Is required to be disclosed by law

---

## 22. Cancellation of a Project

Either party may request to cancel a project.

If a client cancels a project after work has started:

 * The client may be responsible for payment for work already completed
 * Advance payments may not be refundable
 * Any outstanding amount for completed work may become payable
 * Project files or final deliverables may not be released until outstanding payments
   are completed

The specific outcome may depend on the individual project agreement and work completed
at the time of cancellation.

---

## 23. Suspension or Termination

Vigroos Web Designs may temporarily suspend or terminate a project or service if:

 * Payments are significantly overdue
 * The client repeatedly fails to provide required information
 * The client requests unlawful work
 * The client engages in abusive or threatening behaviour
 * The client significantly changes the agreed project scope without agreement
 * Continuing the project becomes impractical or impossible

Where reasonably possible, the client will be informed before services are suspended
or terminated.

---

## 24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vigroos Web Designs will not
be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally
be excluded under applicable law.

Upon completion of the project and receipt of all agreed payments, the client will
generally receive the agreed final project deliverables.

Unless otherwise agreed, third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software,
and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

Vigroos Web Designs retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, code libraries,
templates, techniques, and reusable systems unless otherwise agreed in writing.
